Important COVID-19 Announcement

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security stated that pest extermination is one of the essential industries that needs to continue to operate. "Workers such as plumbers, electricians, exterminators, and other service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences". During this time of crisis, more than ever, people need to stay healthy. To ensure the health and safety of both our customers and employees, we are  making changes to our services to prevent the potential spread of COVID19. 

 

1. We will no longer be accepting physical checks/cash payments, this includes checks being mailed in. One time payments or setting up Auto Pay can be done through the online Customer Portal which can be accessed through this email. If you are having trouble accessing or navigating your Customer Portal or would like to submit payment over the phone please call the office and we'll be glad to assist you. 

 

2. We are temporarily suspending all inside services and will be treating outside only. We will continue to leave a door hanger but will not knock on the door to prevent any physical interactions. If you are having pest issues inside, don't worry, we have plans in place. please call the office and we will be able to assist you.
